Tasks#

• Customer API — CRUD, search, contact management.
• Pricing API — price list CRUD, bulk updates.
• Order API — orders, returns, statuses.
• Legacy ↔ new DB sync layer — until Sales cutover is complete, keep the legacy DB in step via the cross-cutting sync workstream.

Exit criteria#

• Customer / Pricing / Order APIs behind Phase 0 auth, versioned, with ApiResponse<T> envelope.
• Bulk price list update proven at production scale.
• Sync layer verified end-to-end with reconciliation report.
