Phase 8 — Supporting Modules#

Duration: ~8+ weeks. Runs in parallel with earlier phases where dependencies allow.

Groups everything not covered by the domain phases. Break out into its own sub-phases when scheduled — the “8 weeks” figure in the original roadmap is optimistic if all of the below ship together.

  • Multi-location synchronization
  • Global search & dashboards

Rather than one big Phase 8, split by domain:

  • 8a — Finance-adjacent extensions (Profit Center, MAP) — needs Phase 7 done.
  • 8b — Quality & Compliance (SQC, CAPA, ISO).
  • 8c — HR + Project Management (relatively independent).
  • 8d — Analytics, Dashboards, Notifications workflow.
  • 8e — API integrations + multi-location sync.

Each sub-phase gets its own exit criteria, risks, and rollback plan.
